Book Now, Pay Later: No-Deposit Bromo & Ijen Tours

Most tour sellers ask for a deposit before you have even met your driver. We do the opposite: you book now and pay later — on the day you are picked up. This page explains exactly how our no-deposit Bromo and Ijen tours work, and why we can offer them.

How book now, pay later works

1. Send a booking request. Choose your tour, date, group size and pick-up location. We do not ask for a credit card or any payment details.
2. We confirm availability. We check your date with our local drivers and partners, then email you a confirmation with an official PDF itinerary and your pick-up details — usually within 24 hours.
3. Pay on arrival. Pay your driver or guide on the day you are picked up, in cash (Indonesian Rupiah or Euro) or by credit card (a small card fee may apply).

No deposit Bromo Ijen tour from Surabaya

Why we do not take a deposit

Booking a trip in another country from your sofa takes trust. Online scams are real, and many travelers have lost deposits to sellers who never turned up. By taking no money in advance we remove that risk completely: if we do not show up, you have lost nothing. We would rather earn your trust on the day than ask for it up front.

What if my plans change?

Because nothing has been charged, there is nothing to refund. Please tell us as early as you can so we can release the vehicle and guide for another traveler. Flight delays are normal — send us your flight details and we will confirm the best pick-up time in your confirmation email.

Is it really free to send a booking request?

Yes. Sending a request costs nothing and does not oblige you to anything until you are picked up.

When do I pay and how much?

You pay on the day of pick-up. The total is stated in your confirmation email, so you know the amount before you travel.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Cash in Indonesian Rupiah or Euro, or credit card (a small card fee may apply). Ask us in advance if you plan to pay in another currency.

How do I know the booking is real?

You receive an email with an official PDF itinerary, your pick-up details and the contact of your driver or guide before the tour.
